Speaking about the uniqueness of their projects Sanil said that every project of theirs is different from the other. Nidhi Land’s upcoming project, Vrindavan near Gandhinagar is a marvel by itself, says Sanil. “Vrindavan has so many features that I have not highlighted. We have kept something tucked in like a secret surprise for our clients. There are some features that will be seen after the culmination of the project, which will take our clients by surprise. These features are not seen in any other projects,” says Sanil.

Ups and downs
The real estate market has certainly seen a lot of ups and downs with speculations being made about the prices crashing and the front runners of the field going to face a setback soon. However, the real estate bill that is to be amended by the government is rumored to curb several liberties that builders have enjoyed up until now.
But with undeterred belief, Sanil thinks of these aspects as corrections in the industry, those which are required to build a stronger foundation and a healthier trust with the people. “The government makes rules in order to repair some mistakes that have been made in the past. These amendments are for our good as long as we are transparent in our work”.
While the real estate faces what is termed as stagnation in the industry, this dynamic Managing Director, with an experience of 24 years in the industry believes that it is a cycle that the industry goes through. “It is a buyer’s market right now. The buyer has the advantage but nevertheless as long as we have a realistic understanding of the market, we will do our best work and receive the best results,” he says.

Rosary Cottage located in Kulshekar will be officially inaugurated on December 14, 2015.
