Ocean Pearl Set to Launch Second Hotel in Udupi: Grand Opening on October 9

The Ocean Pearl, a name synonymous with luxury and hospitality, is set to unveil its second hotel in Udupi, named The Ocean Pearl Times Square. Situated along the Udupi-Manipal main road, this new establishment will officially open its doors on October 9, 2024, as announced by promoter Dr. Gerry Vincent Dias during a press conference on October 7.

Strategically located next to the bustling Times Square Mall, the hotel is positioned to cater to both business and leisure travelers. It boasts 67 elegantly designed rooms, including deluxe suites and family accommodations. For events, The Pacific 1 Hall accommodates up to 2,000 guests, making it ideal for weddings and large conferences, while The Pacific 2 Hall is perfect for smaller gatherings of up to 250 people.

Dining options include the Coral fine-dine restaurant offering North and South Indian, Continental, Chinese, and local cuisines. Guests can also unwind at the Jazz Sports Bar, Jazz Executive Lounge, or relax at the swimming pool and gym facilities.

The Ocean Pearl’s prime location provides easy access to local attractions, including the famous Lord Sri Krishna Temple. The venture owes its inception to Jayaram Banan, founder of the JRB Group and recipient of the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award, alongside Dr. Dias, a prominent figure in Udupi’s real estate and social service circles.
