Manama/Bahrain: Kannada Sangh – Bahrain organized the celebration of sixty-seventh Indian Independence Day and Eid-ul-Fitr with variety of cultural shows that were staged by its members here recently.
The cultural shows depicted the significance of traditions and customs of citizens living in different states.
The resource person Vijay Nayak delivered keynote address on Independence Day celebration.
Kannada Sangh – Bahrain chief secretary Rajesh Shetty welcomed the gathering. The president Rajkumar delivered the introductory address. The entertainment wing women convener Sandhya Pai and Lolakshi Rajaram were instrumental in organizing this programme. Chetana Rajendra Hegde assisted the programme.
The entertainment secretary Varun Hegde compered the programme.
