Dubai: Kanara entrepreneurs, a non-profitable organization of successful entrepreneurs of Dubai organized an informative session about Estate planning for the future at India Club Dubai on Nov 19.
Chief executive of L&T finance wealth management Manoj Shenoy and CEO of Terentia consultant’s pvt Ltd Sandeep Nerlekar were guest’s speakers at the session. Manoj Shenoy initiated the session with basic terms involved with estate planning, the usage and current global situations, necessities of estate planning and UAE laws involved with Will and estate planning for better future.
Continuing the session Sandeep Nerlekar added his views with respect to explanations of Manoj Shenoy and he explained estate planning in detailed with various examples he faced during his consultations. He explained the various cycles of life which made us to make estate planning, importance of writing Will, setting up of Trust and its usage for effective utilization of estates, challenges and planning of family business, family business succession plans and family business estate planning and its legal settlements. Nerlekar strongly suggested everyone to write their asset Will as earliest as it’s the first stage of Estate planning.
The interactive session includes many questions of the participant entrepreneurs. Clarifying the doubts of gathering Shenoy briefly explained the facts and impacts of demonization of Indian currency. The step will give long term benefits to country and value of dollar may play a crucial part at value of rupee.
