Dubai: The United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution proclaiming February 4 as the ‘International Day for Human Fraternity’ to strengthen the bond between the people of its member nations. A live stream from Dubai will be telecasted on the official YouTube channel and Facebook page of NewsKarnataka.com on February 4 at 6:30 pm, where the guests will give a message on the topic of this declaration by the UN.
The programme will be hosted by CA Valerian Dalmaida, Spearhead Media Group and by Rajesh Sequeira as the co-host. There will be four speakers for the discussion which include Rev. Dr. Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangaluru Diocese, Brahma Vihari Swamiji, head of the BAPS Hindu Mandir, Abu Dhabi, Sri Panditaradhya Shivacharya Swamiji, Taralbalu Jagadguru Brihanmath Peetadhipathi of the Sanehallli and Abdul Salam Puttige, Editor in chief of Vartha Bharathi.
The discussion will revolve around the idea of creating a strong bond between the many cultures and religions in the world by creating brotherhood among mankind.
