Abu Dhabi: Chartered Accountant Ganpat Singhvi passed away today in the morning hours in the city. He was 67.
As remembered by his friends, he was a thorough gentleman, a good decision maker and a strong pillar of Abu Dhabi Indian School (ADIS), served as the member of its Board and was a member of Board of Governors of India Business and Professional Group(IBPG) where he was respected by all for his exemplary management skills. He was also the past Chairman of ICAI, Abu Dhabi Chapter.
He joined Al Nasser Holdings in 1981, from one of the prime banks in U.A.E and served as Group Advisor and Director of Al Nasser Holdings.
He is survived by his son who lives in the US and a daughter who lives in Bengaluru.
