UAE: The makers of the superhit Karnataka State Award-winning Konkani Movie “Sophiya”, Janet Noronha Productions (led by Janet Noronha) are back again with another much-awaited blockbuster movie titled “Kantaar” starring Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff, Noel Sean, and multi-lingual actress Ester Noronha in the lead roles. The movie definitely features good chemistry between the lead actors Noel Sean and Ester Noronha which has previously been captured by the Konkani version of the song “Despacito”.
The film takes its viewers through a real-life story of a family that has to take a tough decision and this makes us feel that such situations could happen in our lives as well.
The movie has some soothing Konkani numbers, especially jazz numbers sung by Lorna Cordeiro popularly known as the “Nightingale of Goa”.
