Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have made a splash at the IPL 2025 Mega Auction, assembling a star-studded lineup. With a purse of Rs 30.65 crore— the highest among all franchises—RCB entered Day 2 of the auction and made strategic moves to bolster their squad.

On Day 2, RCB made their first major acquisition by signing all-rounder Krunal Pandya for Rs 5.75 crore. The franchise continued to dominate the auction by securing pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar for Rs 10.75 crore, drawing the spotlight. England’s Liam Livingstone also joined the squad for Rs 8.75 crore, marking RCB’s initial signing on Day 2. The team also added several key players, including Phil Salt, Jitesh Sharma, Josh Hazlewood, and Rasikh Dar.

Ahead of the auction, RCB retained their star players, including Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar, and Yash Dayal, ensuring a solid core.
