MINI India has partnered with Yash Raj Films for War 2, the highly anticipated action thriller set to hit theatres on 14 August 2025. Starring Hrithik Roshan, NTR, and Kiara Advani, the film features a thrilling chase sequence starring the MINI Countryman, merging adrenaline-fueled action with cinematic flair.
BMW Group India President & CEO Vikram Pawah described the collaboration as a celebration of MINI’s bold design and fun driving experience. “War 2 brings the MINI brand alive on the big screen through a pulse-pounding chase, showcasing performance and creativity,” he said.
YRF’s Manan Mehta, SVP of Marketing & Merchandising, praised the MINI’s presence in the film, noting it adds a “bold and distinctive edge” to one of the most ambitious action sequences ever attempted in Indian cinema.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 is the next installment in the YRF Spy Universe, continuing the franchise’s legacy of high-octane storytelling. Alongside Roshan and NTR, the cast includes Ashutosh Rana and Anil Kapoor.
The film releases globally on Independence Day weekend across multiple premium formats including IMAX, 4DX, and Dolby Cinema.
