Darshan will be playing a short cameo in Abhishek’s debut film ‘Amar’.
The makers of the film have confirmed the news. Producer of the film Sandesh N told Cinema Express, “Since he (Darshan) is part of the turning point in the film, we don’t want to reveal his character, and want to keep it as a suspense.”
In the meantime, Darshan is expecting the release of two of his films – ‘Kurukshetra’ and ‘Yajamana’.
Directed by Nagashekar, ‘Amar’ is being bankrolled under the banner Sandesh Productions. Arjun Janya has composed music and Satya Hegde takes on the camera. Tanya Hope plays the lead role opposite Abhishek in the film, with major portion of it shot in Switzerland.
‘Amar’ is reportedly set for release next year. Lead actor Abhishek is the son of veteran actor M Ambaressh, who died on November 24, 2018.
