Bengaluru: Legendary Kannada actress Jayanthi was admitted to Vikram Hospital after she faced respiratory problems on Monday morning. According to the sources, she has recovered well.
Jayanthi (73), also an Asthma patient from past several years, faced a fluctuation in her health condition and she had to be admitted to the hospital by 11 am. Artificial respiration facility was provided in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). She is responding well to the treatment, said her son Krishna Kumar.
Jayanthi has acted in more than 500 movies including of Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Marathi, and has thousands of fans every language.
