Aravind Iyer, as Loki, in “Kirik Party” was loved by one and all. The star will now play the lead in Karthik Saragur’s directorial debut, which will be produced jointly by Pushkar and Hemanth Rao- who also produced “Godhi Banna Sadharna Mykatthu”.
Co-incidentally, Aravind was supposed to debut as lead in “Godhi Banna Sadharna Mykatthu”. Due to dates issues, Rakshit Shetty had almost backed out of the project. Therefore , it was decided that Aravind would replace him. Rakshit had his dates issue solved and he was back in the film and thus Aravind missed the opportunity. But Pushkar and Hemanth, decided that they will launch him one day and now, they are launching him as a hero.
Arvind has done his Masters in Automobile Engineering. He worked in London for five years. After coming to India, the acting bug hit him. But he had to struggle for five years to bag the lead role. Aravind’s patience has surely paid him off. The new film will see him as a cook.
