Jack Manju has become a big name in the distribution sector in the past one year. He has distributed many high profile Kannada films last year. He has now acquired the distribution rights of Duniya Vijay starrer “Maasthi Gudi” for Rs 10.5 Crore. This is the highest amount paid for a Duniya Vijay film ever.
The film, which is being made by successful director Nagshekar has generated good buzz thanks to the trailer and great music. The film also has a lot of computer graphics, which is sure to attract family audience.
Initially scheduled to release on May 5, the film’s screening has now been postponed to May 12. The film has Sadhu Kokila’s music and cinematography by Sathya Hegde. Sundar Gowda and Late Anil have produced the film. This film is also carrying great buzz as it is last film of Anil and Uday, who died while performing stunts in the film.
