Looks like Jaggesh has finally decided to do different roles. The Navarasa Nayaka of Sandalwood has been confined to doing only comedy films. However, for the first time, he decided to experiment by playing a negative role in A Harikrishna’s directorial debut ‘8MM’, which is now in post production. He has now signed another film, wherein he will play an encounter specialist.
Popular lyricist Kaviraj is directing the film. The actor has liked the subject and has given the green signal. With Kaviraj in the pre-production work, the film will go on the floor in May. Gurukiran will be scoring the music and cinematographer A V Krishna Kumar has already come on board.
Kaviraj made his mark as a director with Amulya and Suraj starrer “Maduve Mamatheya Kareyole”, a Thoogudeepa production. After his first film being of the romantic genre, the-one-film old director is now going with a thriller.
