When it comes to promoting their films, only few directors in Sandalwood know the importance of it. Guru Deshpande is one of those. Even though he is criticized for his remakes, he makes sure his films are well promoted and audience know about his films.
His upcoming directorial “John Jaani Janardhan” has three young heroes, Ajai Rao, Yogish and Madarangi Krishna as protagonists in a film. The team will embark on a five-day trip, during which they aim to cover a dozen districts, including Bengaluru, Tumakuru, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hubballi, Dharwad, Belagavi and Bijapur among others.
The cast and crew will head out on a road show in an open jeep in these districts to interact with audiences. There will be promotional events at colleges in all these districts, during which the trailer and other visuals from the film will be shown.
The film is scheduled to release on November 11.
