Niranjan Sudhindra was expected to make a grand debut in the Sandalwood industry as he is the nephew of Upendra. However, he surprised everyone by making his debut in “2nd Half”, which was released on June 1. The film, which stars his aunt Priyanka Upendra in the lead, has Niranjan in a role with negative shades.
Niranjan landed the role by chance. He was teaching his aunt Priyanka to ride a two-wheeler, which was a requirement for her role in “2nd Half”. While he was teaching her, director Yogi Devagange, spotted him and thought that he would fit the lead role just right.
Niranjan was surprised with the offer and asked Upendra for his advice. Upendra felt that the role is perfect for him encouraged him to take it up. This way, Niranjan made his unconventional debut. Meanwhile, “2nd Half” has opened to good response. Niranjan’s role has been praised and it looks like a good future awaits the youngster.
