The biggest surprise hit of 2017 was “Operation Alamelamma.” The film directed by Suni, had Rishi and Shraddha Srinath in the lead roles and was a big hit. The chemistry between Rishi and Shraddha was praised by one and all.
It now looks like it has also impressed Tamil star Dhanush, who is debuting in Sandalwood as a producer. Jacob Varghese, popular for directing films like “Savari” and “Prithvi”, will be co-producing the film with Dhanush.
Newbie Islauddin is directing the film. Rishi has been confirmed as the hero of the film. Rishi who is currently working on Puneeth Rajkumar’s debut production “Kavalu Daari”, will start shooting for this new film in February, while Shraddha is working opposite Sathish in “Godhra.”
