Kannada industry’s well known poet Dr. H S Venkatesh Murthy, who recently directed “Hasiru Ribbon”, has now turned actor with a new film called “Amruthavahini.” The film is being directed by Narendra Babu, who has directed other films like “O Gulabiye”, “Pallakki”, “Hottegagi Genu Battegagi” and others.
“Amruthavahini” was launched on Sunday in Bengaluru. While, well known director Nagatihalli Chandrashekhar turned on the camera, actor-director Ramesh Aravind sounded the clap for the first shot of the film.
The movie stars Dr. H S Venkatesh Murthy, Swastik Shankar, Jayaprakash, Bhargavi Narayan, Dr. Vatsala Mohan and others. The film is being produced by K Sampath Kumar. Upasana Mohan is the music composer and Giridhar Diwan is the cameraman.
