Even though R S Srinivas claims that he is in financial trouble, he is continuing to produce as well as distribute films. He had made news for not paying the technicians of his production ventures “Dana Kayonu” and “Bharjari” giving the reason that he is in loss.
He, however, surprised everyone by coming forward to produce the Om Prakash Rao directorial “Ravi Chandra” starring Upendra and Ravichandran in the lead.
He has now reportedly taken the distribution rights of “Tarakasura”, which stars Vybhav and Manvitha Kamath in the lead. In the past, R S Srinivas has taken up the distribution of films such as “Bajarangi Bhaijaan” and “Baahubali” in Karnataka.
“Tarakasura”, directed by Chandreshekar Bandiyappa, is scheduled for release this Friday. It also has Hollywood actor Danny Sapani playing the role of an antagonist.
The film’s trailer was recently released and has made a lot of noise. Let’s see how it fares at the box office.
