A few years ago there was a trend wherein only heroines from other states played the lead in Kannada films. Therefore, they needed their dialogues dubbed by a local artist. But, from past few years, we have seen many Kannada speaking girls playing the lead role. For certain Kannada actress, however, the directors prefer the dialogues to be dubbed by another artist. Actress Rachita Ram falls in this list.
This will be the first time her dialogues will be dubbed. Rachita Ram is excited about her next film “Johnny Johnny Yes Papa”, as she will be dubbing for the first time. She is excited to see how people will respond to listening to her own voice on screen.
One may recall that many actresses have dubbed for themselves after many years of others dubbing for them, one such instance was Ramya, who happened to be the heroine of the first part of the Johnny series. Rachita, meanwhile, is also looking forward to her uber traditional role in “Seetha Rama Kalyana” opposite Nikhil Kumar.
