Yash, who is currently working on “KGF 2”, has not yet announced his next project.
Reportedly, he was expected to work on “My Name is Kirataka”. However, considering the Rocking Star’s pan-India appeal after “KGF”, it looks like the film has been scrapped for now. Now, everyone is curious to know, which will be Yash’s next.
According to sources, Yash may be part of director Puri Jagannadh’s ambitious project “Jana Gana Mana”. Initially, Mahesh Babu was supposed to begin work on “Jana Gana Mana” but he reportedly backed out of the project at the last minute due to undisclosed reasons.
Puri wants to make “Jana Gana Mana” keeping the entire Indian audience in mind. The story is a contemporary take on the gruesome murders, rape cases and crimes that shook our nation over the last few years. Reportedly, the director sat down with Yash twice in Bengaluru, to discuss the script and the duo is expected to meet again soon for the final narration.
A leading production house from South India will bankroll the film which is going to be shot in Telugu and Kannada, and will be dubbed in Hindi and Tamil.
