According to latest news in Sandalwood, “Tarak”, which is being directed by Prakash Jayaram, may see a change in cast. Rashmika Mandanna was chosen as one of the heroines for the film. However due to her tight schedules, she will be replaced. And according to sources, Shanvi Srivastava, who is riding high on big films has been approached to be a part of the film.
“Tarak” is currently rolling with Darshan and Sruthi Hariharan shooting for the movie. Meanwhile, the director who was looking for another heroine for the film has apparently approached Shanvi. The makers will officially confirm it once they get the actress to sign on the dotted line.
Darshan plays the title role in “Tarak”, which is produced by Dushyanth. The film has Arjun Janya’s music and cinematography by A V Krishnakumar. Shanvi, who made her Sandalwood debut with “Chandralekha”, received much fame after her role in Yash starrer “Masterpiece.”
The actress currently has three projects “Mufti”, “Saheba” and “Avane Sriman Narayana.” Darshan’s film at this point of her career is an icing on the cake.
