Darshan’s 50th film “Kurukshetra” is getting bigger day by day. The film, which is all set to be launched on August 6 has many stars like Ambareesh, Ravichandran, Arjun Sarja, Sneha, Hariprriya, Regina Cassandra, Sashikumar, Lakshmi, Sai Kumar and Danish Akhatar Saifi in pivotal roles. On Monday, a news was spread in media that Shivarajkumar will be playing the role of Karna in the film.
Fans of Darshan as well as Shivarajkumar were happy with the news. Shivarajkumar is already working on many multi starrers currently. He is already working with Sriimurali and Kiccha Sudeepa in “Mufti” and “The Villain” respectively. But Shivarajkumar has himself come forward and dismissed the news.
Shivrajkumar said that he was offered to play the role of Karna, but he could not act in it, as the dates clashed with “The Villain” and “Tagaru”. He was also asked to gain weight for the role, which he felt was not possible at this age. He, however said he admires Darshan a lot and will work with him soon.
