Shivarajkumar is one of the few actors in Sandalwood, who has kept away from remakes. However he will now be part of Kannada version of Malayalam blockbuster “Oppam”.
Shivanna is said to be so impressed with the film, that he decided to act in the film. He will be playing the role of blind man in the film. GVR Vasu will debut as a director with this film. He has worked as assistant director for Ram Gopal Varma.
The film will be made under Shri Hayagriva Kala Chitra MVV Cinemas. The team is now set to finalise the rest of star cast and the work on it will continue after Shivarajkumar is done with his prior commitments.
