Sudeepa adopts government schools in Shivamogga, minister heaps praises
Kotigobba Kichcha Sudeepa has been doing charity work without making much noise about it. He has recently adopted four government schools in Shivamogga through Kichcha Charitable Trust. Incidentally, Sudeep had adopted government schools in Chitradurga too earlier this year.
Karnataka cabinet minister K S Sudhakar has appreciated Sudeep’s initiative to adopt government schools in times of COVID crisis on his Twitter page. As most government schools lack basic amenities, Sudeep’s trust will provide computers to improve the quality of education in rural areas. The trust aims to digitize education to help our rural students.
Sudeep’s charitable trust also recently helped former Bigg Boss Kannada contestant Jayashree Ramaiah to overcome depression. The trust ensured that she gets medical counseling by designating a psychiatrist. Jayashree had thanked Sudeep wholeheartedly for helping her.
Currently, Sudeep is shooting in Annapoorna Studio for his upcoming movie Phantom, directed by Anup Bhandari since July 16. The project also marks the collaboration of Anup Bhandari and Sudeep for the first time. The shoot which has been going on from the last 25 days is going on at Annapurna Studio by erecting huge sets. Sandalwood filmmakers are taking note of the precautionary measures taken on the sets and they are trying to implement it for the shoot of their films.
