Shashank’s upcoming film “Thayige Takka Maga” is almost complete and is in the final stages of shooting. The film, starring Krishna Ajai Rao, Ashika Ranganath and senior actor Sumalatha, will be Shashank’s first production venture.
The film was initially slated to be directed by Raghu Kovi. However, due to creative differences, he walked out of the project. Later Ved Guru was roped in to direct the film, who also exited the project for the reasons best known to him. This pushed Shashank to direct it himself. The film schedule was completed in a span of 75 days, and one song will be completed this week.
The makers only have post-production work and are targeting a September release. This is Ajai’s 25th project. This will be Shashank and the actor’s third project together, after “Krishnan Love Story” and “Krishna Leela”. The film has music by Judah Sandy and cinematography by Shekar Chandru.
