Including women in the workforce benefits not only the organisation but also society.

The most important factor influencing a woman’s life quality is financial independence. It is one of the most liberating aspects that you require in order to live a quality life with respect. Earning money will give you a sense of accomplishment and self-identity, allowing you to grow as a better and more self-sufficient human being.
