Tulukoota Qatar on October 19, 2024 at DPS- MIS Auditorium began the celebration of 25th year with ISIRI Rhythms of India. The event featured an interorganizational cultural competition celebrating the rich  diversity of Indian culture. The competition amalgamated the essence of India, with 12 teams, igniting an  electrifying atmosphere that kept the 1000 plus audience captivated from start to finish. The Tulukoota  Management Committee, alongside many dedicated volunteers, transformed the event into a mega  success, ensuring every element ran seamlessly and contributed to the overall grandeur of the celebration.  Indian Ambassador to Qatar H.E. Mr Vipul was the Chief Guest for the event. Indian Cultural Center (ICC) 

President – Manikantan, Award winning Cine stars Vijay Raghavendra ; Shradha Srinath, and Dr.Shivsharan  Shetty – Managing Director of Namma TV were the guest of honor and also judged the competition. The  sponsors who brought the vision alive were Title sponsor Mr. Chidanand Naik – Director Middle East at M.Pallonji W.L.L and Diamond sponsor Mr. V.S. Mannangi – Division Manager of Al Muftah contracting  Co.W.L.L . The other dignitaries who graced the event included ICBF President – Shanavas Bawa, ICC VP  Subramanya Hebbagilu , ICBF VP – Deepak Shetty , ICC Past President Milan Arun and presidents of Qatar  based Karnataka organizations.  

A Star-Studded Evening 

Event Opening remark was made by Cultural Secretary Divya shree and she introduced MC for the event  Chaitali Suhas Shetty. Evening began with Traditional lamp lighting ceremony by President Mr. Sandesh  Anand, Sponsors Chidanand Naik, V.S Mannangi, Guests of the evening Vijay Raghavendra, Shraddha  Srinath, Dr.Shivsharan Shetty, Chairman Kiran Anand, Patron M Ravi Shetty, Advisors Ramchandra Shetty,  Chaitali Uday Shetty, Asmath Ali , VP – ICBF Deepak Shetty along with all the MC Members.  

Formal program was held in between the competition in which President Sandesh Anand welcomed the  gathering and delivering Presidents address highlighting the growth of Tulukoota Qatar in last 25 years and  plans for the 25th Anniversary celebrations of Tulukoota Qatar. Chief Guest H.E. Vipul – Ambassador of India  to Qatar, Guest of Honors – ICC President Mr. Manikantan , Celebrity Judges Vijay Raghavendra, Shraddha  Srinath and Dr. Shivsharan Shetty were felicitated.  

In his address, Chief Guest H.E. Sri Vipul congratulated Tulukoota Qatar on completing 25 years of  formation and highlighted Tulukoota’s vital role in enriching cultural heritage and the vibrancy it brings to  the community, he was pleased to see that Tulukoota initiated the 25 years of celebration with India  theme. His speech also beautifully captured Tulukoota’s mission of enriching cultural heritage and sports  and fostering a sense of belonging. As the lights dimmed, the audience was captivated by an enchanting  opening dance, “Pranvalayam,” performed by Tulukoota in house talents.  

Below 12 dynamic teams in competition showcased a vibrant display of talent and teamwork, with each  team bringing their unique flavor to the stage. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation, laughter,  and applause as the audience rallied behind their favorite performances, celebrating every twist and turn

The competition was fierce, with each team bringing their best to the stage, delivering outstanding and  captivating performances thereby entertaining more than one thousand audience for nearly 6 Hours. The  level of creativity and execution in every act was exceptional, leaving the judges with the difficult task of  selecting winners in the different categories.  

The evening reached its climax with an electrifying performance by the Tulukoota members, whose  powerful moves and magnetic presence brought everyone to their feet.  

Just before the winners were announced, Vice President – Vijay Rai delivered the vote of thanks. The team  of volunteers, surpassing the impressive number of 100, who worked alongside the Managing Committee  were called to the stage to witness the fruition of all their hard work and expressing the gratitude by the  President – Sandesh Anand 

As the night drew to a close, the highly anticipated awards ceremony filled the venue with excitement. In  a thrilling Big Boss-style announcement, Vijaya Raghavendra revealed the champions and runners-up,  igniting cheers and applause throughout the venue.
