Mysuru: Due to heavy rains, the sixth edition, second leg KPL match between Bellary Tuskers and Namma Shivamogga at SDNRW was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
Speaking to Newskarnataka, Balachander, Convener, Mysuru Zone, KSCA said, “As the match was abandoned without a ball being bowled, refunds will be given to those who booked tickets or they can exchange it for any one match except those on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.” Following the cancellation of match, both the teams were awarded one point each.
On Monday, for the inaugural sixth edition KPL second leg match in Mysuru between Mysuru Warriors and Bijapur Bulls where Mysuru Warriors had registered a thrilling four-run win over Bijapur Bulls, the tickets were sold out. On Tuesday also, there was good response from the people considering good sale of tickets.
