New Delhi: Arch-rivals India and Pakistan will clash in the Asia Cup T20 on February 27 at Shere Bangla National Stadium.
Shoaib Malik, the Pakistan all-rounder has told that Pakistan is ready to derail the Indian winning momentum.
According to Malik, the Indian team has good batsmen, whereas Pakistan has quality bowlers. “This is going to be a great game. This is going to be a big opportunity for players of both the teams, India-Pakistan matches always are,” he said.
Malik believes that Pakistani players who were playing in Pakistan Super League (PSL) are prepared as much as the Indians are who had success against Australia, Sri Lanka and the Asia Cup T20 opener.
The all-rounder also remarked that his wife Sania Mairza would be cheering for team India and would also want her husband to to well.
“We maintain the same status; she supports Team India and wants her husband to do well, if he is playing.”
