The campaign, a joint effort by the Andhra Pradesh government and the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, aims to curb childhood diarrhoea and reduce related fatalities. The program will run from June 16 to July 31, 2025, targeting over 34.56 lakh children under five across the state.

Hospitals and clinics will establish ORS-zinc corners, adhere to treatment protocols, and provide training to healthcare staff. Posters of guidelines will be displayed for standardized care.
Awareness drives in schools and Anganwadis will teach handwashing habits and hygiene.
