A new viral app, Death Clock, uses artificial intelligence to estimate not only how long you’ll live but also the likely cause of your death.

By analyzing key health and lifestyle factors—including diet, sleep patterns, exercise, alcohol consumption, and relationship status—the app generates an estimated expiration date and highlights habits that could shorten or extend your lifespan.

To try it, download the app (available on Android and iOS) and complete a short questionnaire. The survey, which takes less than five minutes, asks about water intake, sleep duration, BMI, sugar consumption, and exercise frequency. Users can also input medical data such as blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Each response is linked to scientific research, allowing users to see how individual factors impact their longevity.

Once the questionnaire is complete, the app delivers a projected lifespan. In one test, a user aged 42 received an estimated lifespan of 80 years. However, with healthier choices, they could potentially live to 94—adding 14 more years.

The app aims to provide a wake-up call for users to adopt better habits. Whether you see it as a fun gimmick or a sobering reality check, Death Clock offers a data-driven glimpse into your future.
