The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has teamed up with Kellogg Executive Education and Emeritus to launch a cutting-edge AI Officer Programme, designed to empower technology and business leaders to spearhead AI transformation within their organizations.

This 30-week online course, beginning June 30, 2025, offers 120+ pre-recorded videos, 9 live online sessions, and industry masterclasses, along with a guided capstone project and optional campus immersion at IIM Kozhikode. It’s targeted at professionals with at least 7 years of work experience and a graduate-level education (10+2+3).

The programme aims to equip participants with the ability to:

  • Develop India-centric AI strategies grounded in global practices

  • Lead cross-functional AI initiatives across enterprises

  • Apply appropriate technologies in industry-specific contexts

  • Understand AI ethics and regulatory frameworks

  • Communicate AI value across cultures and stakeholders

  • Build high-performing AI teams

  • Work on a real-world capstone project

    • Participants who complete the course will earn a certificate from IIM Kozhikode, while those scoring 80% or more will receive an additional digital certificate from Kellogg Executive Education.

    IIMK Director Prof. Debashis Chatterjee described it as “a bold step towards shaping professionals who can turn AI into a force for purposeful transformation—contextual, ethical, and impactful.”

    The course fee is INR 3,00,000 + GST.
