Thieves Abort ATM Robbery Attempt in Shivamogga After Alarm Sounds

In Shivamogga, an attempted theft from an ATM on Nehru Road was thwarted on Sunday night when the alarm system was triggered, alerting the authorities.
The unidentified thieves targeted the Canara Bank ATM located behind the power utility premises, choosing the secluded location on a Sunday night for their crime. However, their plans were interrupted when the alarm sounded, prompting immediate action from the Doddapete police.
Both the police and bank staff responded quickly to the scene, reviewing CCTV footage to gather clues. The authorities are currently searching for the suspects involved in the failed heist.
