Karkala: A 25-year-old youth from Sanoor died on the spot after the bike he was riding collided with a lorry near the Karkala bypass on Sunday evening, October 4.

The deceased has been identified as Vignesh Acharya, 25, a resident of Kujumar Gudde in Sanoor.

Accident reported around 7 pm

The accident occurred at around 7 pm near the Karkala bypass. According to reports, Vignesh was travelling on his motorcycle when it collided with a lorry.

The impact of the collision was severe, leaving the 25-year-old with critical injuries. He died at the accident spot before he could receive medical treatment.
