On the night of August 7, Lakshman, a 60-year-old resident of Kalavara village, tragically lost his life after being struck by a train while walking along the railway tracks. The incident occurred when Lakshman, who had stepped outside to urinate, failed to return home, prompting a search by his family.

Lakshman’s body was discovered near the railway tracks close to his residence. Initial investigations suggest that he might have been under the influence of alcohol or possibly asleep when he wandered onto the tracks, leading to the fatal collision with the train.
