NSS Annual Camp Promotes Social Service and Peaceful Action

From February 7 to 13, the National Service Scheme (NSS) of Poorna Prajna College, in collaboration with the NSS of Mangalore University, hosted its annual special camp in Alevoor Dattu village.

During the camp’s closing ceremony on February 13, Sri Ishapriya Theertha Swamiji, president of Adamaru Educational Institution, offered his blessings to the participants. He emphasized that children must learn to respond and act calmly. It is essential for them to cultivate a spirit of service to society, which, in turn, can foster social transformation and contribute to the nation’s progress.

Present at the event were Principal of Poorna Prajna College Dr. Ramu L, honorary secretary of the educational institution Dr. A.P. Bhat, administrator Pundarikaksha Kodancha, board member Nithyanada, Principal of Subodhini Higher Primary School Pushpalatha B.S., NSS officer Dr. Nagaraj G.P., and coordinators Swathi, Swathi Mahesh Shetty, along with the camp participants.
