Udupi: BJP general secretary B.L. Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi, accused in a case over alleged derogatory remarks against Santosh, was taken into custody and brought to Brahmavar police station on Thursday under heavy security.
Thimarodi arrived in a private vehicle escorted by police. Girish Mattannanavar accompanied him, while his lawyer was already present at the station before his arrival.
Tense Exchange Outside Station
