The case has attracted attention in the region, with investigators examining not only the person who allegedly carried out the shooting but also those suspected of assisting the accused before and after the crime.

Three accused arrested earlier

As part of the investigation, police had already arrested three people allegedly involved in the murder.

During further questioning and investigation, police reportedly found information about the alleged involvement of Chirag Poojary and Mohammed Irshad.

The latest arrests indicate that investigators are examining whether more people were involved in the case beyond those who allegedly carried out the shooting.

Police are looking into the circumstances leading up to the murder, the alleged movement of the accused and the financial transactions connected with the case.
