Udupi: In a heartfelt tribute to the unwavering dedication of nurses, Adarsh Hospital, Udupi, marked International Nurses Day with admiration and respect. The event celebrated the vital role nurses play in advancing healthcare and patient well-being.

Yashoda, Vice Principal of Adarsh College of Nursing, was the chief guest, and Vimala Chandrashekar, Chief Operating Officer of the hospital, formally inaugurated the programme. A special highlight of the day was the warm welcome extended to Nagaveni, the newly appointed nursing supervisor, into the Adarsh Hospital family.

The celebration commenced with a welcome address by Sister Shaila, setting the tone for an atmosphere filled with appreciation. Anushree, the hospital’s dietitian, elegantly compered the event, while Sister Manisha delivered the vote of thanks.
