Udupi: Entrepreneur Krishna Raj Hegde (45) tragically ended his life on Tuesday, August 19, by consuming poison at his residence in Athradi.
The exact circumstances that led to the incident remain unclear. Hegde, originally from Bailoor, had been living in Athradi with his family. He leaves behind his mother, wife, and son.
Well-known in business circles, Hegde was running a hotel in Manipal and was also actively involved in religious and cultural activities in his native Bailoor.
The Hiriyadka police have registered a case and begun investigations into the matter.
