Udupi: Three individuals fell ill after they ate mushrooms that grew on the sides of the road in the city.
Annappa (45), Sujatha (25), and Sangeetha (7), became severely ill after consuming roadside mushrooms.
The incident occurred near Tottam, where the three daily laborers resided. While returning home from work, they collected mushrooms growing on the roadside. Consuming these raw mushrooms at home led to them falling seriously sick.
Ishwar Malpe and his team immediately send them to the district hospital. Timely medical intervention ensured their recovery, and all three are reportedly out of danger.
