Kathmandu: A dramatic rescue during Nepal’s devastating flash floods has captured attention after a stranded boy used his T-shirt to signal a Nepal Army helicopter and was safely pulled from the roof of a house surrounded by fast-flowing floodwaters.
The boy was seen standing on the rooftop and repeatedly waving his T-shirt towards the approaching helicopter in a desperate attempt to alert the rescue crew to his location.

With the soldier’s assistance, the boy managed to pull himself into the helicopter and escape the dangerous floodwaters.
