Bryan Johnson, renowned as the “anti-ageing” advocate, recently shed light on the addictive qualities of fast food and the health risks it poses. The US-based millionaire specifically called attention to the detrimental effects of the meals offered by Chick-fil-A, a well-known American fast-food chain famous for its chicken sandwiches. On Sunday, Johnson shared a humorous Bollywood meme featuring actor Salman Khan to portray how the body reacts after consuming junk food.

Accompanying the meme, Johnson commented, “It’s never, ever worth it.” He was responding to a meme caption that read, “Me after having junk food that didn’t even taste good.” The meme, taken from the 2006 Bollywood movie Jaan-E-Mann, depicted a scene where Salman Khan’s character is shown weeping in a taxi, illustrating the post-fast food regret.

Jaan-E-Mann, directed by Shirish Kunder, starred Salman Khan, Preity Zinta, and Akshay Kumar in the leading roles.

The post received over 614,000 views, sparking numerous reactions from followers. One user expressed, “Every single time I eat fast food, I feel the same. There’s excitement before, but after the first bite, it feels so bland. I finish it because of sunk cost fallacy.” Another commenter shared, “I ordered Domino’s tonight for the first time in years. It’s really gone downhill. Total regret for multiple reasons.”
