An Iowa marine veteran, Mr. Reichart, has turned his entire street into a dazzling holiday spectacle to honor his wife, Joan, who adores Christmas. Joan, diagnosed with Alzheimer’s four years ago, inspired her husband to channel his love into creating joyful and unforgettable moments for her.
“If it wasn’t for my wife, I don’t know if I would’ve done it,” he shared with CBS, adding, “She wanted Christmas, so I’d give it to her. I’d do anything to make her happy.”
