Münch Cafe in Osaka has gained viral attention for offering aged coffee varieties, including a signature 29-year-old brew reportedly priced at more than ₹65,000 per cup.

Aged for nearly three decades
According to viral social media posts, the cafe’s owner, popularly known as Tanaka-san, has dedicated years to ageing coffee beans for exceptionally long periods.
Visitors can reportedly choose from several aged options, including 10-year-old coffee and the rare 29-year-old version.
Even a spoonful tasting sample of the oldest brew is said to cost around ₹1,800.
What does it taste like?
Those who sampled the coffee described the flavour as syrupy, woody and sweet, with a rich, intense character unlike regular brews.
A 10-year-aged coffee was also described as bold and strong after being brewed slowly for nearly an hour.
The cafe’s vintage atmosphere has further added to its growing popularity.
