New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a bilateral discussion with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, focusing on strengthening India-Italy relations and exploring cooperation across multiple sectors. The conversation highlighted trade, commerce, defence, and emerging technologies, reflecting the commitment of both nations to global prosperity.

Strategic Partnership and Diplomatic Milestone

Both leaders emphasised the importance of enhancing the India-Italy Strategic Partnership. They noted the successful completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries and agreed to boost collaboration in defence and new and emerging technologies.

Global Cooperation and Economic Initiatives

Modi and Meloni stressed the need for G7 and G20 nations to work collectively for global progress.
