At least 14 police personnel were killed in a deadly suicide attack targeting a security post in Bannu in northwest Pakistan, according to security officials.
Reports said multiple armed attackers stormed the checkpoint before a suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near the facility, causing massive destruction and casualties.
Several other personnel were reportedly injured in the attack, with emergency responders rushing victims to nearby hospitals.
