Bengaluru: Police have detained four men linked to the alleged gang rape of a married woman in Koramangala. The incident took place around 1:30 PM on Thursday near a junction in the area.

Sarah Fatima, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Bengaluru Southeast, confirmed the arrests, stating, “We have taken four suspects into custody. Three hail from West Bengal, while one is from Uttarakhand. All were employed at a hotel. The investigation is ongoing, and the victim is in stable condition.”

The victim approached the Koramangala police, leading to the registration of a rape case. In her complaint, she mentioned that a known acquaintance lured her to the terrace of a private hotel, where three others were waiting. They then allegedly joined in the assault.

Authorities are continuing their probe to gather further evidence.
