The Karnataka government will host Bridge to Bengaluru – Dialogue with Diplomats in New Delhi on Friday, bringing together representatives from nearly 80 countries to strengthen global partnerships in technology, innovation and investment.

The event is expected to position Bengaluru as a leading international hub for startups, artificial intelligence and deep tech.

Top leaders to attend

The programme will feature Siddaramaiah, DK Shivakumar, Priyank Kharge and entrepreneur Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw.

Officials said the event aims to deepen ties between Karnataka and global innovation ecosystems.

Bengaluru Tech Summit curtain-raiser

Bridge to Bengaluru 2026 will also serve as a prelude to the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026, scheduled from November 17 to 19, 2026, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre.

This year’s summit theme is AI & Beyond.

Global Innovation Alliance expands

The state will showcase the next phase of the Global Innovation Alliance, which has reportedly built partnerships with over 40 countries and supported more than 2,000 startups.

The platform connects governments, startups, universities and investors.

Big investment push

Karnataka officials said the state has attracted major investments in semiconductors, Global Capability Centres and research sectors, with firms such as Foxconn, Lam Research and Applied Materials among recent names.

The outreach reflects Karnataka’s effort to position Bengaluru not just as India’s tech capital, but as a gateway to global innovation.
